I was fortunate enough to play on a recital at Messiah Lutheran Church in Seattle in the early spring of 2014. The instrument is a Rene Marceau organ of Seattle. When I first heard that it was going to be amalgamation of different instruments, I did not set my hopes very high.

Upon arriving for my first rehearsal at Messiah, I sat at the console and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the console and case beautiful and blend nicely with the church, the tone was terrific.

I expected the divisions from different organs not to blend well with the other ranks, but the Marceau company paid special attention to not only the console and case but also to blending the ranks.

I cannot recommend these hard working folks enough. It is my pleasure to have their instruments in town and look forward to playing on more of them.

Sincerely,
